Marcell Ridge is located in Rockford Michigan at 240 Marcell Drive NE near 10 Mile Road and Northland Drive. Marcell was established in 2001 with 96 one and two bedroom apartments. Utilities included are water, sewer and trash. Utilities not included are gas and electric. There is a $25 per person non-refundable application fee plus a $150 deposit that is applied toward your security deposit once approved.

Marcell Ridge Apartments is a pet friendly community that allows 2 pets. It can be one dog and one cat or two cats. They do not allow puppies and all pets must be spayed, neutered, de-clawed and up-to-date on shots. Pet weight limit is 60 pounds and breed restrictions do apply. There is a $150 refundable pet deposit plus a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $25 per pet.
