Stonebrook was established in 1994 with 151 two and three bedroom apartments and townhomes.  There is a $25 application fee. Security deposit will vary depending on credit check. Water, sewer and trash are included. Tenant is responsible for the gas and electric. Lease terms are 12 months. Housing vouchers and section 8 is accepted.
